this is often problems comes now a days
it can be overcome by
press Ctrl-Alt-Del then File->New Task(Run...) and type as Explorer then Explorer displays.
After that go to My computer Tools->folder option->view and then
Uncheck Automatically Search for Network files and folders.Restart
